We looked at the artwork of brazilian artist Romero Britto online.His art work consisted of bright colors , and simple shapes which are divided into sections that are filled with patterns that are outlined with thick black lines.
We discused how we saw the difference between the drawn picture and the background.
The students had to make a drawing with a topic of their choice , with very little details.Once they completed their drawings ,they traced all their lines with a black marker and filled in with colored markers in the style of Britto.
